It's been a couple years since chilled out psych peddlers the Psychic Ills offered up their tabs of aural trance to the world. On their newly released fifth album, Inner Journey Out, the grassy hills in the sunlight they laze upon get visited by slithering creatures bearing gifts of smoke.
