Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts calmly slapped down Solicitor General John Sauer's laughable hypothetical claim that billions of Chinese can fly here to have babies to make them US citizens.

I must admit listening to John Sauer speak is almost as grating as listening to RFK Jr.

Trump's Solicitor General's main case is that the 14th Amendment, which grants all people born in the U.S. citizenship, has been misinterpreted and only Trump gets to make the final determination. .

SAUER: Media reported as early as 2015 that based on Chinese media reports, there are 500, 500 birth tourism companies in the People's Republic of China whose business is to bring people here to give birth and return to that nation.

ROBERTS: Having said all that, you do agree that that has no impact on the legal analysis before us?

SAUER: I think it's, I'd quote what Justice Scalia said in his Hamdan dissent, where their interpretation has these implications that could not possibly have been approved by the 19th century framers of this amendment.

I think that shows that they've made a mess, their interpretation has made a mess of the provision.

ROBERTS: Well, it certainly wasn't a problem in the 19th century.

SAUER: No, but of course, we're in a new world now, as Justice Alito pointed out, to where 8 billion people are one plane ride away from having a child who's a US citizen.

ROBERTS: Well, it's a new world. It's the same Constitution.

SAUER: It is.

Sauer used ridiculous examples of foreign countries using the Constitution for their benefit, which has no impact on the 14th amendment.

Trump's imperial executive orders cannot change the US Constitution.

Trump should be forced to pay for the time and money that has being wasted by his frivolous lawsuits, and illegal actions.
