A horrifyingly chilling new video is spreading like wildfire on social media after a woman captured footage of a masked gang of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents approaching her car, with one agent pulling a gun on her, shoving it towards the window.
The horrific incident took place in Falls Church, Virginia, where Carolina Molina was driving her vehicle and witnessed ICE agents arresting two men in a parking lot, where she was dropping off business cards to offer her counseling services with immigration attorneys.
Molina said that she shouted at the agents from her car window as she passed them in the parking lot.
She provided Fox5 with dashcam and cellphone video footage of the confrontation. In the dashcam footage, Molina can be heard shouting at the agents, "You a [expletive]! You're a [expletive]!" as she makes to turn right out of the parking lot. The agents rapidly returned to their vehicles and moved to box her into the parking lot before getting back out of their vehicles and surrounding Molina's boxed-in car.
A masked agent approaches her vehicle and screams, "Are you following us?"
"No!" Molina responds. The agent only proceeds to shout louder, repeating, Are you following us?!"
"No! I'm not!" Molina shouts back. At this point, she pulls out her cellphone to begin recording.
"Yes, you're recording us!" The masked agent, flanked by several other masked agents, begins to shout into her window. His gun can be seen in his hand, aiming it in Molina's car window as he flails about. He then begins to accuse her of trying to run them over; an excuse for violence and murder that has become a tried-and-true favorite of Trump-era immigration officers.
"You almost ran us over! You almost ran us over. Stop playing!"
Molina fires back, "You are so full of sh-t!"
With his gun still drawn, flinging it around in Molina's car window, the agent continues to viciously argue with her, threatening, "I will arrest you! Keep it up!"
Molina informs him that she is a "legal citizen," as the agent shouts back, "I don't care!" before once again repeating his claim that she tried to run them over.
At this point, Molina informed the agents that she had a dashcam recording of the entire incident: "Run you over when? I got recording. I got dashcam."
Video of an ICE agent pulling a gun on a wife and mother, who is a US citizen born and raised in the area, near Bailey's Crossroads in Northern Virginia yesterday.
Chillingly, they claimed she âalmost ran them overâ until she told them she had video proving that was a lie.
Only then did the agent put his gun away, and they all began to disperse.
Molina told News4 that she is angry with ICE and what they're doing across the country, but she did not follow them and did not pose any threat to them.
"Honestly, I'm scared. I feel more fear now. ... This situation, I feel like it was uncalled for."
The video footage from Molina's dashcam and cell phone shows that the masked agent had already drawn his weapon as soon as he stepped out of his own vehicle.
"Once I picked up my phone and started recording him, that's when the story switched, and he started saying, 'It seems like she's the one that almost ran you over. She's the one that almost ran us over,'" Molina said.
