It's Monday evening and Max Miller has refused to drop out of the Ohio race...which means Republicans are going to have to carry him to (mid)term! Congrats!

Just a recap: Max Miller is facing REALLY serious allegations of domestic violence and child abuse. There is also evidence that he is a sociopath who withholds his daughter's blue bunny stuffy.

Republicans in Ohio's 7th District had one last chance to get him out of the race: he had to drop out by Monday afternoon. He refused. Had he dropped out, the local party officials could have selected a replacement candidate. Now they are stuck wth him.

Miller will face Democrat Brian Poindexter, a union ironworker and city council member. Poindexter is not facing charges or domestic violence or child abuse and has never, to our knowledge, withheld a stuffy from his child in an effort to cause long term mental abuse to his child. Max Miller, on the other hand, has been credibly accused by multiple women of physical abuse.

Not all hope is lost, though. Miller COULD be removed over the next two weeks, but another Republican could not be put on the ticket. It would just be blank on the GOP line.

Congrats! It's a boy! And you are stuck with him - to term.
