Larry Kudlow, Trump's former head of his National Economic Council in his first term, blasted Sen.Tommy Tuberville over the terrible economic polling numbers while exclaiming the GOP is doing nothing. His beef? There is an economic boom going on and nobody knows about it.

Kudlow was one of Trump's minions that claimed the COVID pandemic was mostly contained in early 2020 -- a vicious lie.

Kudlow introduced Tommy, then scolded the Senator over the many shortcomings of the GOP. Tuberville agreed.

Kudlow, once a supporter of Trump's illegal tariffs, now says they were unnecessary and are hurting the country. Still, he was flummoxed that nobody knows there's an economic boom going on.

KUDLOW: All right? Is the economy today getting worse or better?

56% worse, 37% better. That's a 20-point deficit, sir. Those are bad numbers.

And with all due respect to the Alabama farmers, who are probably suffering because of unnecessary tariffs, the fact remains, I don't think people want more farm aid.

I think they want lower taxes and lower costs throughout the economy. And why is it that they don't know there's an economic boom?

Really, it's not showing up in any of these numbers. How is that possible?

TUBERVILLE: Well, there is an economic boom. Our economy is really good.

KUDLOW: Yes!

TUBERVILLE: If you look at all the factors, it's all out there.

It's all about marketing, though, Larry, but you got to give it to these Socialist Communist Democrats.

They play hardball, and they keep us on one subject, and we stay on that subject, and we don't get on the positive things.

We've had to play negative ball with these people for the last, what, seven or eight months. President Trump's been trying to push several things like the Save America Act. But at the end of the day, what is it about?

The SAVE Act is about trying to steal the midterm election, period.

Tommy Tuberville is pretty fucking stupid. WTF does he mean when the opposing party is "playing hardball?"

If there is an economic boom for the working class, how can they not feel it? It's something very tangible. It's not for lack of marketing since Trump and Republicans control the airwaves.

As we've seen since Trump took office, he inherited a healthy stock market, and it has continued despite his economic transgressions, likely propped up by Billionaire Bucks to make it look like there's a boom.

However, in today's world, strong markets do not translate to an economic boom for 98% of the country.

Messaging isn't the issue; it's all the Trump policies the GOP has enthusiastically embraced.
