Rep. Debbie Dingell had the best response to the absurdity of Trump's latest attack on Canada, which is to threaten to name Lake Ontario "Lake America" and rob it of its standing as a Great Lake.

We have reached such a level of stupidity that Rep. Dingell gets high marks for her quip.

And it hits Trump right in the chops.
