Donald Trump continues his war on science and vaccines by signing an executive order breaking up the MMR vaccine into three separate shots given at different times.
Demented Donald used no science, research or credible peer-reviewed studies to proclaim kids receiving multiple vaccinations are having an epidemic of health problems. Describing his executive order on childhood vaccinations the "gold standard" is ludicrous.
He then moved on to spread lies about the hepatitis B shot.
"The Hepatitis B shouldn't be given until they are 14 or 15 years old," Trump said. There is no research against giving babies the shot, and a tremendous amount of research to support giving the vaccine.
There is no known information available for Trump to make the claim, nor say that the 14-15 age group should receive the shot.

The vaccine being broken into three separate single doses and vaccines being administered in separate visits, for example, at one year, you should have five separate visits for vaccines rather than getting them all in the same day.

The MMR contains vaccines for mumps, measles and rubella. It has been proven absolutely safe for children to receive all three at once.
In 2024, the CDC proclaimed that taking several vaccines at once was completely safe.
Scientific data show that getting several vaccines at the same time does not cause any chronic health problems. A number of studies have been done to look at the effects of giving various combinations of vaccines, and when every new vaccine is licensed, it has been tested along with the vaccines already recommended for a particular aged child. The recommended vaccines have been shown to be as effective in combination as they are individually.
