In an embarrassing interview on CBS, Dr. Oz spewed offal word salad to defend Trump's attacks on the MMR vaccines after Demented Donald called the shot lethal.

I'm noticing Sunday talk show hosts are becoming a bit more proactive against the lies Trump administration officials are telling the country.

BRENNAN: The CDC released new numbers last week showing 92% of the nation's kindergartners were vaccinated for measles in the last school year, but that's below the 95% herd immunity threshold.

Now, the administration has started really encouraging people to get the MMR vaccine, but President Trump also said this.

TRUMP: In three separate vaccinations, given at separate times, together there could be a possibility they're quite lethal, and separately, it looks like they are not at all lethal, but just very effective. So the MMR, we want to have separate visits, separate times.

BRENNAN: The President twice said the shot may be lethal.

Do you want to clarify that?

OZ: We want patients to get the treatments that their doctors are recommending to them, but we also want parents to have the autonomy to decide what their kids receive.

My job at CMS is on the MMR vaccine, but all the vaccines.

My job is to pay for the vaccines.

BRENNAN: But he said it was the MMR vaccine he used the term lethal. That's what I'm asking you to clarify.

Oz was forced to say the MMR shots weren't lethal. I'm sure he'll get a tongue-lashing from his boss over this.

Using the pandemic to defend their idiocy against standard immunization schedules, Dr. Oz lied and was called out on it when he claimed parents were forced to give their kids the COVID vaccines.

"They were forced to give their kids COVID vaccines," Oz said. "They were forced."

Brennan replied, "They were not forced to give their kids COVID vaccines."

"Well, they were pushed hard," Oz responded.

Dr. Oz and Donald Trump continue to denigrate doctors while claiming parents are qualified to act as scientists, medical professionals, and researchers when it comes to vaccines for children to appease their cult members, but it is having dire results.

Dr. Oz is another TV huckster who should be on reruns somewhere instead of running a powerful government agency.
